Harry Brown
Harry Brown, Attorney and President of Harry J Brown III Attorney at Law, is a valuable member of the Full Circle Team. Although he owns an independent legal practice, he provides insight for our clients in the areas of Estate and Tax Planning, Elder Law, Business Succession Planning, Veteran's Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Social Security Disability Law.
Emma’s experience and expertise include client relations, office administration and management, and team building. Emma enjoys getting to know the clients and learning about them as individuals.
Having a young adult son on the Autism Spectrum, Emma is heavily involved in the special needs
community that participates in various activities around the Hampton Roads area. Some of those groups
include Capernaum Young Life, Tidewater Autism Society, and F.A.C.T. (Families of Autistic Children in
Tidewater).
In prior years, Emma has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), receiving extensive education and training to advocate for child victims of abuse and neglect who are too young to speak for themselves and thrust into juvenile and domestic relations court and often, into foster care. The ultimate responsibility is to promote safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible.
Emma has also served as a Service Facilitator for Moms in Motion, a Consumer-Directed
Service Facilitation Provider for Virginia Medicaid waivers for individuals and their families. Moms in Motion is dedicated to advocating for civil rights, disability rights and inclusivity of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. In this role she provided resources and information, engaging in advocacy through community- and state-wide networks.
In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, DIY projects, gardening, glamping and spending time with friends,
family and her two dogs.
